If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept items after 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for returned shipping costs.
Returns & Warranty
All arcade units purchased from www.bonusroundarcades.com are covered by a 2-year warranty to the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase. We will send any replacement parts under the discretion of our arcade technicians. Labor will be provided only if the arcade is either brought or shipped directly to our store. The consumer will be responsible for any transportation costs that are incurred during this process.
If you are not completely satisfied with your arcade unit, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase. The consumer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fee on any arcade unit returns. Any arcade orders that are cancelled before shipping are eligible for a full refund.
In the event that you received a defective arcade, you can return the arcade for a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase. The consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please email [insert email here] for any defective item claims with a proof of purchase.
Some arcades might not be defective and will only require slight adjustments in order to function properly. Our technicians will be glad to assist you if you need help setting up the unit. For all returns, the arcade will be inspected by our staff upon receiving the arcade unit prior to refund. Returns are eligible for a refund if they are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition when it was received. The item must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included. Any returns with any missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
